Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

You don't need an account to place an order. However, we recommend making one. It makes it easier to view your order details and customer information. This can help if you need assistance with your order in the future. 

What Payment Methods Do you Accept?

We Accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. 

Do you ship Internationally? What shipping methods do you offer?

Currently, we are pleased to be offering Free US Standard Shipping and Free International Shipping. Both options will receive a tracking number via email when package ships. 

Free US Standard typically is about 3-7 business days. We use UPS, DHL, and Fed Ex. 
Free Int'l Standard is approximately 9-12 business days- though, we cannot estimate or guarantee exact shipping times internationally. Shipping times will vary depending on your country and their shipping services. There may also be delays with customs, which is outside of our control.

Please allow up to a couple days for processing, especially with larger furniture items. This is to ensure their safe arrival.  

We have a 100% delivery guarantee on all items. Delays can happen, but you'll receive your item! 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days, if items are in their original condition. Due to high shipping costs for large and fragile items,  customers must pay their own return shipping fees. We can send a label to you and deduct the cost from your refund once we receive the item back safely. 

Please use care when repackaging the item, as we will be unable to accept a return if the product arrives back to us broken. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Then, send them to support@astralloom.com along with the order number. You can also submit a ticket by logging into your account. We will get this resolved right away for you. 

>We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our items. Some specific furniture items/smart LED furniture and lighting have a 2-year warranty.
Additional Shipping Policies
Please make sure to include your phone number in the contact field for your order. With some furniture items, the courier will need to call to arrange a delivery window. Please make sure that you have entered your address correctly, and included any necessary instructions for delivery. We are not liable for issues with delivery if customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete address. 

If you do notice you made an error with address or any other information in your order- contact us as soon as possible at contact@astralloom.com.
Will Sold out items come back in stock?
Sometimes, however most of our products do have limited supply and are not usually items that re-enter our catalouge. You can always send email to inquire.
